Stage 1 is $1.50sqft for new floor that need a deep condition with a buff out and a liquid coat of polyurethane It promises to leave your the surface of your floor with that new floor shine. NO SANDING

DUSTLESS SANDING
Stage 2 is $2.50sqft and it is for newer floors that have mininal damage (light scratches) and need a new shine.
This process is a light sand using only a one step sanding process.
